Case Study: TGW.com - The Golf Warehouse
I've been working in-house with TGW.com - The Golf Warehouse for over 4 years as a web designer and as of recently, web design supervisor. My responsibilities vary and cover a very wide spectrum.
We work very closely with manufacturers in original creatives, adapting existing creatives they provide us and leveraging their existing media (such as video, product customization apps and so on) to give the best possible experience to our customers.
I'm also very involved with our email marketing campaigns through designing email graphics, monitoring deliverability and reputation, tracking performance and making suggestions to department directors and the CEO, optimizing emails for increased performance through conversion-oriented landing pages and much more.
In my role as supervisor I also assist with art direction and project management. I'm often given assignments with little more than a general direction and the reliance that I'll get it done and get it done well.
